Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace components using hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision instruments
- Execute repetitive production tasks for a specific program, including riveting and precision cutting of pad material
- Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 2 years of mechanical assembly experience—preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing—preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Experience with sheet metal is a plus
- A&P is a plus
Additional
- Drug and Alcohol testing is mandatory and random
- Pay is dependent on experience
- Full Time available
