About the role
The Support role draws on a broad skill set to meet and exceed daily challenges. Key responsibilities include resolving daily tickets and tasks, proactively following up with internal and external personnel, and continuously expanding industry knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Resolve daily tickets and tasks

- Continuously expand industry knowledge
Requirements
- At least two years of experience with the technologies listed below, whether gained through self-teaching, a degree (BS or BA), or a boot camp.
- XHTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Translate mockup designs into HTML pages
Additional Skills
- MVC Framework (CodeIgniter experience a plus)
- MySQL
- LAMP development environment
- Understanding of PHP (including Object Oriented Programming)
- Version control (Git preferred)
- Photoshop
- Design experience
Other Required Skills
- Self-directed
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to develop new and update existing code
- Strong understanding of web standards and usability
