Support Teacher

The Goddard School of Pioneer Square is seeking a compassionate and adaptable individual to support multiple classrooms daily, ensuring a safe, loving, and high-quality learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom assistance wherever needed
• Supervise children and engage them in activities
• Support daily routines such as diapering and meal preparation
• Collaborate with lead teachers and directors
• Adapt to different classroom environments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Meet Washington state childcare licensing requirements, including passing a background check and TB test
• Complete required safety trainings
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Prior childcare experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

$21.00–$24.00 per hour
