Support Supervisor

About the role

You are a flexible individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities, supporting front of the house and back of the house operations. You’re also resourceful and collaborative, highly motivated and efficient. A sense of humor is a plus!

The typical day is… atypical. You might be acting greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing/unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example, managing conflict and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and handle phone inquiries
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack and unpack shipments
• Organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations
• Lead by example, manage conflict, and support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment (stock-related experience a plus)
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay

The compensation range for this position is 18.00 USD per hour. The offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
