Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues related to software and hardware
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Train new employees on support procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems and common software tools
