Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Support Staff to join our team in Bloomington, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience as a HOST and Food Runner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our dining environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently. Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to guests. Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a HOST and/or Food Runner preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Team player with a positive attitude. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
