Core Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first and last impression
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, take accurate orders, process payments and package takeout efficiently
- Manage and update the seating tablet in real time, communicate with servers to ensure smooth table rotations and minimize guest wait times
- Run food to tables, clear and reset tables as needed, and assist serves to ensure timely and attentive guest service
- Step in wherever help is needed whether that means checking on a table, restocking supplies, or assisting another staff members during busy periods
