Support Specialist I

We are seeking an entry-level IT support specialist responsible for endpoint device imaging, deployment, and maintenance at a single site. Key duties include routine troubleshooting, asset management, and hardware configuration within established procedures under senior supervision. Responsibilities Perform imaging, deployment, and support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripheralsFollow troubleshooting procedures to resolve routine technical issuesManage endpoint devices according to IT asset management policiesEscalate unclear requirements or hardware risks to senior team membersProvide scheduled end-user support via phone support rotation Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experienceLess than 2 years in technical support or IT asset coordinationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft, and Mac OSPreferred certifications: CompTIA A+ or ITF+Ability to work on-site with some travel to local distribution centersPhysical ability to handle and set up IT equipment
