Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Document and analyze customer feedback to inform product development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
