About the role
We are looking for a reliable Remote Support Specialist based in the United States to support our remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity. Advanced technical skills are not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is a fluent English speaker, owns a laptop or desktop computer, and is comfortable using basic computer applications and online tools.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States.
- Must own a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
- Comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with team members through email, chat, and video meetings.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Learn and use new tools and platforms as needed.
- Provide updates on assigned work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous remote work experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of software development or technology is a plus but not required.
