Support Specialist

About the role

This position will be part of our Support Center, providing the first line of service to incoming member requests by phone, website, chat, or otherwise. We're looking for someone who is highly-motivated, organized, and comfortable with technology, in order to solve the majority of incoming member concerns. The ability to work in a close-knit team environment and multitasking are crucial to success. Training will be thorough and ongoing.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

The position is full-time, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the Support Center and the member base.
