About the role
As a Support Services Technician, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, you’ll be responsible for routine support services for all local LifeNet facilities, including package deliveries, supplies & transport equipment. You will also provide general support services to fulfill special customer requests. Your work will have purpose every single day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Performs general support activities such as moving equipment and furniture, shipping UPS packages and minor grounds inspections.
- Safely operates assigned trucks, vans, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment for storage and transportation of supplies and equipment between all LifeNet facilities.
- Fulfills support requests upon receipt and ensures timely delivery of interdepartmental mail, personal packages, supplies and unprocessed human tissue shipments.
- Unloads vehicles using forklift, hand truck and/or by hand then places items in the appropriate holding area for processing.
- Pulls inventory supplies for customer orders and prepares them for verification prior to delivery.
- Receives and documents all incoming shipments for tracking and delivery.
- Performs initial inspection and storage of incoming unprocessed donor.
- Stocks and rotates all supplies in accordance with prescribed inventory storage methods.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and meets LifeNet Health’s minimum driving requirements for company related driving
- Two (2) years of warehouse, storeroom or logistics experience
Skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator

Pay
Salary Range: $16.83 to $22.44 / hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
