About the role

This position provides administrative support and assistance to the residents, staff, and visitors of the Bacon Campus/Life Adjustment Program. You will coordinate resources such as transportation, office supplies, program supplies, and resident supplies with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build the LAP transportation schedule in accordance with the transportation policy and process.
  • Greet and direct phone/walk-in traffic at the front desk for the Bacon Campus, including visitors to LAP, vendors, meeting attendees, clients, and others in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner.
  • Provide concierge services (client cigarettes, ride requests, money requests, etc.) to residents.
  • Maintain resident documentation on-site and electronically in the electronic medical records system (EMR).
  • Generate purchasing documents for program purchasing weekly and as needed.
  • Order office and program supplies in-store or online to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Responsible for daily entry of work orders into the maintenance system and clarify requests as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Bacon Campus for copy projects, maintenance work orders, mail, paychecks, etc.
  • Maintain program information sources.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, plus one year of related experience, or two years of work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License (required).
  • CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate (preferred).
  • De-Escalation Training (preferred).
  • Hilltop Driver Training (preferred).

Background Checks & Health Requirements

The following background checks and health clearances are required:

  • Hilltop Criminal Background Check (rerun every 5 years).
  • CBI Records Check.
  • DORA Check.
  • Sex Offender Registry.
  • Driving Record.
  • Colorado Adult Protective Services Background Check (CAPS).
  • Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusion List.
  • Tuberculosis (Tb) Skin Test.
  • Influenza Vaccination.
  • Any other required vaccination.

Pay

The starting wage range for this role is $18.35 to $19.27 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, Sunday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
