Information TechnologyFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections only where there is real specific content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. We have Overview (which is about the role). Then Responsibilities. Then Desired Outcomes (maybe could be part of Responsibilities or Skills? But we can treat as part of Responsibilities or maybe as a separate section like "Desired Outcomes" but not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list does not include Desired Outcomes. So we should incorporate that content into appropriate sections, maybe Responsibilities or Skills. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying these are examples but we should use those headings when appropriate. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we need to map content to those sections. We have: - Overview: description of role, location, schedule (five days a week Monday-Friday in office). Also mentions reporting to Manager, Service Desk. This could go under "About the role". - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Desired Outcomes: could be considered part of "Skills" or maybe "Qualifications"? But they are outcomes like exercises due care, maintains positive relationships, etc. Could be placed under "Skills" or maybe "Qualifications". However Qualifications already listed later. We could put Desired Outcomes under "Skills" as they are behavioral competencies. - Qualifications: list of qualifications (HS diploma, familiarity with hardware/software, prioritization, judgment, detail-oriented, fluent English, languages plus, CompTIA A+ plus, familiarity with Jira plus). That's clearly Qualifications. - Values: a section about corporate values (Certainty, Compassion, Advancement). This is not in allowed headings; maybe we could incorporate into "About the role" or drop? The instruction: remove boilerplate, but values might be considered substantive? It's not a standard heading; maybe we can incorporate into "About the role" as a brief paragraph. But we should not invent headings. So we can include values content under "About the role" as a paragraph. - Company Overview: description of CCS. Could be part of "About the role" or maybe we could drop as boilerplate? It's substantive about the company. Might be okay to include under "About the role". The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview is not boilerplate; it's substantive. So include. - What We Offer: includes Competitive Salary, Bonus/Incentive Opportunities/commission, Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid time off, Growth & Development, Work-Life Balance: Remote or hybrid work options (if applicable), Wellness programs and mental health support. We need to create Benefits section if posting actually states them. It does: Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Paid time off (vacation and holidays); Growth & Development: Ongoing training and professional development; Work-Life Balance: Remote or hybrid work options (if applicable); Wellness programs and mental health support. Also Competitive Salary and Bonus/Incentive Opportunities/commission: that could be Pay section. So we need Pay section if posting states salary info. It says "Competitive Salary Bonus/Incentive Opportunities/commission: (if applicable)". That's not a specific number but indicates competitive salary and bonus. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Salary and Bonus/Incentive Opportunities/commission, albeit vague. Should we include Pay section? It says "Competitive Salary Bonus/Incentive Opportunities/commission: (if applicable)". That is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. It's still stating that there is a competitive salary and bonus. So we can include Pay section with that content. Schedule: The posting says "fully in-person, onsite role working five days a week (Monday–Friday) in office." Also later: "Performs daily duties onsite (Monday–Friday) in the Clearwater, Fl distribution center". So schedule is stated: Monday-Friday, five days a week, onsite. So we can include Schedule section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (maybe from Desired Outcomes), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit EEO line except "CCS Medical and EEOC/AA employer. M/F/D/V". That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove that line. Also "Values" section maybe not boilerplate but we can incorporate. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. Now craft HTML. Structure:
