Seeking a Direct Support Professional - Residential to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The role involves delivering personalized assistance based on each individual's Life Plan, promoting independence in daily activities such as toileting, feeding, cooking, and cleaning. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, modeling social skills, assisting with community integration, and administering medications in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support as per the ISP
• Assist with daily living activities to foster independence
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Model social skills and support community engagement
• Attend training sessions and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, and SCIP-R
• Administer medications following regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid NYS driver’s license with 12 months driving history
• Preferred: 6-12 months related experience or training

Pay

Salary of $20.00/hr, up to $1,000 sign-on bonus.
