Support Professional - Part Time

Role: Caregiver providing community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities: Assist with personal hygiene, support behavioral and complex needs, help participants engage in community activities, and promote developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; six months of human services or care experience preferred; strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills; patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible; valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle. Key Duties: Build meaningful relationships with individuals, take initiative to support their independence and well-being, and work collaboratively with a supportive team. Additional Information: Compensation is $17/hour; requires a driver’s license for at least one year; schedule includes Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every other weekend from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
