Role: Direct Support Professional Responsibilities Provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities and complex needs in home and community settings.Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, mobility, and medication reminders.Promote independence, safety, and community inclusion.Document services and follow individualized care plans.Support behavioral and social goals.
