Support Professional – Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings. Your responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and mobility, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. You will support community participation, social engagement, and skill-building in accordance with individualized service plans, and document care activities accurately.
