Support Professional – Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate DSPs, caregivers, and CNAs to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and daily living skills
• Administering medication and managing transportation
• Facilitating recreational activities and promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion
• Following person-centered plans, documenting services, and communicating effectively with families and supervisors
• Ensuring a safe and respectful environment
