Role: Direct Support Professional Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in home and community settings.Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and transportation to promote independence and community participation.Follow individualized care and behavior plans to meet each individual's needs.Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and progress.Uphold safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment.Collaborate closely with families and clinical teams to support clients effectively.
