Role: Direct Support Professional Responsibilities Provide person-centered care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in home and community settings.Assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community participation.Ensure health and safety of individuals under your care.Collaborate with families and care teams to deliver comprehensive support.Maintain a supportive, inclusive environment and build meaningful relationships.Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
