Support Professional - Full Time (40 hours)

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in building independence and community integration. Key Responsibilities Include Providing personal care, including assistance with daily activities such as mobility, bathing, dressing, and cooking.Monitoring safety and health, including vitals and medical conditions.Supporting crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.Facilitating social, leisure, and community activities to promote engagement and relationships.Assisting with transportation, attending medical appointments, and implementing care plans.Building trust and effective communication with individuals served, families, and professionals. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.Strong desire to help others with empathy, patience, and professionalism.Basic computer skills and commitment to scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
