Support Professional - Developmental Disabilities

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based residential settings.
• Support daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community participation.
• Follow individual support plans, document services, and promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Implement behavior and health protocols while engaging individuals in meaningful, person-centered routines.
• Build trusting relationships within a collaborative team environment to enhance quality of life and inclusion.
