Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in community and employment settings.
  • Assist with community participation, employment support, and personal care as needed.
  • Transport individuals to activities and jobs, promote independence, and encourage positive social interactions.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals, advocate for clients, and serve as a positive role model.
  • Follow support plans, ensure safety, and communicate using preferred methods.
  • Maintain accurate records, complete documentation, and support progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members, community partners, and families, participating in meetings as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent; experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compassionate, motivated, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
