About the role
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Their primary responsibilities include assisting residents with dining, mobility, health, and hygiene activities, accompanying them on errands, participating in community events, and supporting personal goal achievement.
Responsibilities
- Helping individuals with daily activities
- Engaging in social and recreational activities
- Promoting independence
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Pass background checks
- Complete CPR and First Aid training
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a servant’s heart
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
