Make a difference every day by helping children with autism develop communication, social, and independence skills in a supportive environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays; full-time position with immediate openings. No experience needed—paid training and certification coverage provided.

Pay

Pay ranges from $21-$28 per hour based on education and experience. Begins after earning RBT certification, with opportunities for raises.

Responsibilities

- Working one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy - Following treatment plans - Collecting session data - Maintaining a safe environment

Requirements

- Being 18+ - Holding a bachelor’s degree - Ability to lift 30 lbs - Team-oriented mindset
