Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

About the role

This position supports children with autism through play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with optional Saturdays; full-time position located in Litchfield Park, AZ.

Training

No experience needed; paid training and RBT certification covered.

Pay

$21–$28/hour based on education and experience; raises after RBT certification.

Requirements

- 18+ - Bachelor’s degree - Ability to lift 30 lbs - Active work pace - Reliable attendance - Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 20 days
