Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) We are seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide support at Aspen Center, a residential substance use treatment facility for men. This role involves assisting residents with daily activities, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating groups to promote recovery. Key duties include supervising residents, maintaining accurate records, supporting life skills, responding to crises, and ensuring a safe environment where recovery can flourish. The position requires compassion, dependability, and a dedication to making a positive impact on residents’ lives. Responsibilities also encompass performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests, supporting individualized treatment goals, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
