Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential substance use treatment center for men in Waukesha County. Aspen Center provides a supportive environment to help residents develop skills for lasting recovery. The role involves providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, assisting with daily living activities, medication support, transportation, and meals. Key responsibilities include documenting resident progress, responding to crisis situations, facilitating group sessions, and supporting individualized treatment goals. The position also requires performing urinalysis and breathalyzer testing as needed. The ideal candidate is dedicated to making a positive impact and creating a safe, welcoming environment where recovery can thrive. The role is full-time, with a schedule Sunday through Thursday, 2pm-10pm shift.
