Adult Residential Support Professional – Aspen Center (2nd Shift) We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join a recovery-focused residential treatment environment for men. Responsibilities include providing daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, documentation, transportation, crisis response, and facilitating group sessions. The role involves maintaining a safe, welcoming environment to promote lasting recovery and supporting residents' individualized treatment goals. Key duties encompass supporting residents' daily activities, documenting progress, assisting with medication, meals, and life skills, responding to crises, and performing urinalysis and breathalyzer tests as needed.
