Support Professional 1 - Full-Time

About the role

The Direct Support Professional provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily routines as outlined in Individual Program Plans.
• Assist with bathroom needs, clothing changes, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients via company vans when necessary.
• Advocate to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Support clients in daily activities, promote safety, and serve as an advocate for their well-being.

Qualifications & Skills

• California Driver’s License and at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check; obtain DSP Certificates within 12 months and RBT within first year.
• First Aid/CPR and CPI preferred or willing to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
