Support Merchandiser - Arkadelphia, AR
Primary Responsibilities
- Displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
- Maintaining an organized backroom areas
- Completing other inventory tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Access to reliable transportation and internet
- Technological competency to use company-issued tablet
- Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays
Physical Demands
- Working on the sales floor and backstock room
- Standing, walking, stooping, and squatting throughout the workday
- Pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds
- Using a stepstool for some tasks
Pay and Schedule
The starting pay is $12.20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (rates subject to change based on work location). After 6 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to $12.90. After 1 year of continued employment, the pay rate will increase to $13.50. Flexible work scheduling is offered.

Schedule
The weekly average hours are 2 hours per week, which may increase to an average of 6 hours per week around holidays. Additional support may be needed in the territory with required availability multiple days in succession and increased hours per day if applicable to business and project-based assignments.
Route and Schedule
This route will service the following retail locations at: 109 W.P. Malone Drive, Arkadelphia, AR, 71923. The ideal candidate would be available during daytime hours and specifically Monday mornings due to store needs and service. Additional working days and extended hours leading up to and immediately following major holidays may be required.
