Support Merchandiser - Fayetteville, NC

Primary Responsibilities

• Displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
• Maintaining an organized backroom area
• Completing other inventory tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Able to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation and internet
• Technological competency to use company-issued tablet
• Meet scheduling needs, including weekends and major holidays

Physical Demands

• Standing, walking, stooping, and squatting throughout the workday
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 40 pounds
• Using a stepstool to complete tasks

Pay and Schedule

• Starting pay is $12.20 per hour with increases to $12.90 after 6 months and $13.50 after 1 year
• Flexible work scheduling with an average of 6 hours per week initially, increasing to 17 hours per week around holidays
