About the Role

This position oversees the operations of Residential and Day Services Programs, ensuring high-quality support for individuals with daily living needs while maintaining safety, compliance, and facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage activities within Residential and Day Services Programs
• Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
• Maintain facilities, ensuring a safe and compliant environment
• Document progress and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Assist with staff scheduling and administration of medications
• Support behavior management strategies
• Handle financial responsibilities and oversee maintenance and transportation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related experience
