Support Manager

Role Overview: The Direct Support Manager oversees the operations of Residential and/or Day Services Programs, ensuring effective coordination of staff, implementation of program plans, and scheduling of activities for individuals served. Key Responsibilities Lead and support direct support team members with insights and training to provide emotionally supportive and therapeutic interactions.Manage maintenance of residential facilities and vehicles, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.Provide guidance during emergency situations and manage financial accounts, petty cash, and supply purchases.Maintain accurate medical, social, and programmatic documentation. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field; experience may substitute education.At least three years of relevant experience, including one year in supervisory or management roles.Preferred experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, current insurance, CPR and First Aid certification, and state-specific certifications may be required.
