Support Lead Part Time

Five Below · Leesburg, VA · 3 wk ago
OTHR$14.5/hrPart-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about Five Below culture. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: The intro paragraph about purpose, culture, etc. That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role". Then Responsibilities: list of duties. Then Qualifications: list. Then Essential Job Functions: maybe part of Qualifications? Could be separate "Requirements"? The instruction mentions sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications (High School Graduate or equivalent, College experience preferred, Minimum 1 years of management experience, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to multi-task, Creative thinking, Ability to maintain composure under pressure). Also Essential Job Functions (list of physical demands). Could be considered "Requirements" or "Skills". The instruction says we can use sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to include. We have both Qualifications and Essential Job Functions. Could combine them under "Qualifications" or "Requirements". But we must not create thin sections. Perhaps we can have "Qualifications" covering both education/experience and essential functions. Or we could have "Requirements" for essential functions and "Qualifications" for education/experience. However we need to avoid many thin sections. Maybe combine into one "Qualifications" section that includes both bullet lists. Benefits: The posting mentions "Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer! From health coverage to financial and personal wellness, we've got you covered—check it out today! benefits.fivebelow.com/public/welcome". That's a reference to benefits but not specific details. The instruction says never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention benefits generally but not specific. It says "Explore our benefits site...". That is not specific benefit details. Likely we should not create a Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. Pay: The posting includes "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $14.50". That's pay info. So we should include a Pay section with that detail. Schedule: The posting includes "Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, fraud warning, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need headings

for each section. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: About the role (or About the company): The intro paragraph: "At Five Below our growth is a result of the people who embrace our purpose: We know life is way better when you are free to Let Go & Have Fun in an amazing experience, filled with unlimited possibilities, priced so low, you can always say yes to the newest, coolest stuff! Just ask any of our over 20,000 associates who work at Five Below and they’ll tell you there’s no other place like it. It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in. It’s all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!" We'll put that in

. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Responsibilities". Let's capture each duty: - Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. - Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience. - Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service. - Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor - Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues. - Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, which includes securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth daily operation. - Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates, helping them learn store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures to improve their performance. - Drives store sales and controls expenses: Actively seeks ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service. - Partners with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery. - Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room Also note "This job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the Store Manager, as dictated by store needs." That's a note; we should preserve it as prose maybe. We'll put responsibilities in

      • . Qualifications: The list after "Qualifications": - High School Graduate or equivalent - College experience preferred - Minimum 1 years of management experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multi-task - Creative thinking - Ability to maintain composure under pressure Also "Essential Job Functions" list: Could be considered part of Qualifications or Requirements. We'll include them under same Qualifications section maybe as another list? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine into one Qualifications section with two sub-lists? But we must use
        • for any list. We could have two separate
under same heading? That's okay. Alternatively we could have a separate "Requirements" section for essential functions. But we want few sections. Maybe we can have "Qualifications" and then within that we have two
groups: one for "Qualifications" and one for "Essential Job Functions". But we need to label them? Could use

to introduce each list. That's fine. Pay: "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $14.50". We'll put that in

under Pay heading. Schedule: "Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)". We'll put that in

under Schedule heading. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, fraud warning, etc. Also note "Explore our benefits site..." we decided not to include Benefits section because no specific benefits. Now construct HTML:
