Job Description
Take ownership of the system/product from an issue resolution perspective. Understand user actions and requirements to effectively triage and troubleshoot issues. Triage, troubleshoot, identify root cause, and resolve issues. Plan and organize multiple issues with competing priorities. Communicate to stakeholders through the chain to keep everyone updated of progress and resolution. Strive to identify process and system improvements to reduce and eliminate system issues. Bring innovation and automation opportunities not limited to using AI/GenAI/AgenticAI based approaches to day-to-day work.
Additional Details
- Minimum 6+ years of prior WMS experience
- Prior production support experience on incident/problem management, service request handling, working in SLA driven environment
- Minimum 1 year of MAWM experience
- Hands-on in resolving day-to-day issues
- Prior experience in working in an onsite/offshore model in a client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead issue triage, discussions independently, and coordinate with other teams
- In a production support role, flexibility to stretch as needed until issue is resolved
