Support Engineer

About the role

Provide technical assistance, hardware setup, system maintenance, and asset tracking for team members and properties. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, install and upgrade applications, and support proprietary property management software. Collaborate with the Systems team to maintain IT systems and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Assist users with technical issues

• Manage inventory of IT assets
• Support operational tasks within proprietary systems

Qualifications & Skills

• 0-2 years in IT support or helpdesk roles; entry-level candidates with strong technical skills or relevant certifications encouraged to apply
• Must work onsite in Denver, CO
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to explain technical issues clearly
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 pounds, and operate standard office equipment
• Ability to work in an office environment, with physical and visual demands consistent with the role
