Support Engineer

About the role

Precisely is seeking an experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building solutions using Precisely’s APIs, pre-linked data, and MCP-enabled APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Precisely’s AI agent and data product marketplace
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure code
• Contribute to the development of Precisely’s MCP (Machine Code Platform)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience with Precisely’s APIs, pre-linked data, and MCP
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with API design and integration
