About the role
We are seeking a Support Engineer to join our Operations team in Des Moines, Iowa. This position is full-time and hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools
- Experience with common IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, operating systems)
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant areas (e.g., programming languages, network protocols)
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies
