Support Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Provide technical and management leadership for major IT field support services, establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives.• Direct and control international field support activities, overseeing management, methods, and staffing to ensure technical requirements are met.• Oversee technical support for federal and contractor personnel, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and service delivery.• Direct specific IT field services, including deskside support, mobility support, deployment services, asset management, and A/V operations. What You'll Need • High School diploma with 9+ years of IT customer support engineering experience, or 6 years of specialized IT support experience.• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance and meet requirements for access to classified systems.• Expert-level IT field support and leadership skills, with proficiency in managing complex service request fulfillment and systems administration.
