Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I/II technical support to end-users.
- Assist with AWS cloud administration tasks.
- Maintain and ensure the functionality of workstations and user accounts.
- Support secure IT operations across a diverse technology environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technology practices.
Essential Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
