Support Engineer - AI Apps

Troubleshooting and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in AI-powered web applications and cloud-based systems
• Analyze AWS cloud logs and infrastructure components to identify root causes of application problems
• Utilize generative AI models to analyze log data and automate troubleshooting processes
• Support voice applications, call center systems, and SIP-enabled technologies
• Investigate and resolve complex application integration issues across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements
• Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base for common issues
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Maintain system performance and proactively identify potential issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of programming experience using Python or TypeScript
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
• Experience with web application troubleshooting and debugging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
