The Opportunity
The Support Desk Analyst is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional or recent college graduate looking to build a career in IT. Working alongside experienced IT team members who provide hands-on training and mentorship, this person plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day technology operations of Medicus.
Here's what we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 11 and Windows Server), Microsoft 365 tools (such as SharePoint and Azure AD), networking concepts, and information security principles gained through coursework, certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+), internships, or personal experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort reaching out to and coordinating with remote staff and providers.
- A passion for customer service and delivering high-quality support, with strong interpersonal skills.
- A team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for working in a changing, dynamic environment.
