IT Desk Support Analyst

About the role

If you're the kind of person who enjoys figuring out how things work, likes helping people, and would rather walk over to someone's desk to solve a problem than just send another email, this role may be a great fit. We're looking for an IT Desk Support Analyst who is eager to learn, ready to jump in wherever needed, and excited to grow their hands-on IT experience in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants real exposure to day-to-day technology support across an entire organization—from troubleshooting hardware and software issues to helping employees face-to-face throughout the office.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to employees across the company, troubleshooting day-to-day technology needs.
• Set up and maintain computers and mobile devices, including hardware and software installations.
• Assist with wireless networks, mobile device management (MDM), system documentation, and technical process improvement.
• Work closely with the IT team to learn new systems, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve technology for the organization.
• Ensure employees have the tools they need to do their jobs successfully.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Azure, Azure AD, and Office365 administration.
• 1-3 years of IT experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field (preferred).
• Experience with Mobile Device Manager solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Networking, Cybersecurity, and PowerShell scripting (certifications preferred).
• Familiarity with Android and Apple phones.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Ability to work closely with others in a team-focused environment.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing responsibilities.
• Well-developed organization and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
