Responsibilities
- Handle escalations from the offshore customer support department
- Ensure contacts are recorded for reporting purposes
- Maintain high standards of contact quality
- Be the point of contact for escalations from outside the CS department, including Executive team, Marketing, and Regulator complaints
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
