Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to users of our ERP and Field Service Management business systems.
- Play a key role in supporting the Exel Support Desk team.
- Provide technical advice and support to software users.
- Respond to customer enquiries with urgency and accuracy.
- Work independently, quickly, and accurately under pressure.
- Show a logical approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written English skills.
Requirements
- Experience or background in Accounting.
- A solid understanding of Relational Databases (e.g. MSSQL).
- The ability to provide technical advice and support to software users.
- An appreciation of the urgency in responding to customer enquiries.
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English.
