Supply Technician, PAR Support, Baptist Downtown

About the role

Baptist Health is looking to add a Supply Technician to our Materials Management team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This position works directly with licensed healthcare professionals and makes an impact on their ability to care for patients. The ideal candidate will combine customer service and warehousing experience to service customers and maintain adequate stock on their unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing supply needs
• Find substitutes for medical supplies when usual items cannot be ordered
• Distribute supplies to customers
• Manage warehousing supplies, inventory control, equipment cleaning, and distribution
• Deliver customer service excellence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• Distribution experience
• Receiving experience
• Shipping experience
• Customer service experience
• Inventory experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Associate’s Degree (preferred)

Skills

• Strong critical thinking
• Systems knowledge and experience
• Problem solving

Schedule

Full-Time Days, Monday–Friday 5:00 am–1:30 pm, with alternating weekends.

Location

Baptist Jacksonville, Downtown – Main Building.
