Supply Technician (Oracle EBS Inventory) [2546]

About the role

In anticipation of a contract award, we are seeking a Supply Technician to support inventory and material management in our Washington, DC facility. This role utilizes Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Inventory to execute cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and ensure 98% inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain inventory records and audit trails within Oracle EBS
• Review and validate requisitions against inventory requirements, reorder points, lead times, and supplier information
• Support procurement package preparation and acquisition processing
• Standardize item descriptions, units of measure, and supplier references
• Maintain and improve item master records
• Identify and correct legacy data quality issues and duplicate records
• Produce inventory accuracy reports and operational metrics
• Support dashboard and leadership reporting requirements

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS Inventory operations
• Experience performing legacy data remediation
• U.S. citizenship (required for system access)
