About the Role

We are recruiting for a mission-driven Supply Technician - Operating Room to join our team. Under general supervision, assists in the performance of Inventory Control Technician functions including maintaining appropriate inventory levels and making recommendations for the replenishment of all OR supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and stocks supplies for OR storeroom, organizes and maintains OR storeroom. (25%)
  • Maintains inventory accuracy for OR storeroom by binning and picking merchandise utilizing the inventory management system. (25%)
  • Completes stock audits, works inventory exceptions and corrects stock errors. (25%)
  • Communicates with OR staff regarding requisitions for supply items and works to resolve any delivery issues. (25%)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years inventory experience in an operating room or healthcare setting required

Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and warehouse operations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively relay information in the appropriate format
  • Ability to interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to perform basic math

Pay

$22.36 - $31.30 / hr
